Will these fit my car exactly?
Yes — every set of floor mats is custom made in Australia for the exact make, model and year you select on the product page. Each set is digitally designed for your vehicle's floor shape, with a raised lip that fits up the sides for full coverage and a 360° anti-slip backing. If your vehicle isn't listed or you're not sure which model to choose, contact us before ordering.
How long until I receive my order?
Each set of mats is made to order at our Sydney warehouse. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your tracking number, plus Australia Post delivery time. Shipping is free Australia-wide, and Express Post is available for $40 — contact us before checkout to add it.
What's included in the set?
The set covers the driver and passenger footwells, and you can add coverage for the second row — and third row where your model has one — by selecting that option on the product page. Each piece is custom-moulded with a raised lip and anti-slip backing, and the Velcro for installation is included — no drilling or cutting.
How do I install them?
The mats secure with the included Velcro — most customers have them fitted in minutes. Clean the contact areas first (we recommend a wax and grease remover where the Velcro meets plastic), position each piece and press down. The full guide is on our Car Mat Installation page.
What's the difference between Diamond and Nappa?
Both use eco-friendly high-elastic EVA with wear-resistant PU leather (zero formaldehyde emission). Nappa PU Leather is around 5x stronger — the pick for heavy-duty use, pets and tradies. Diamond is the classic quilted style.
What colours are available?
Colour and stitching combinations are shown on each product page — including Black with Beige/Red/Blue stitching, Plain Black, Plain Beige, Coffee Brown, Wine Red and Blue. Want to see a real photo of a colour before ordering? Contact us and we'll send one.
Can I return or cancel custom-made mats?
Because every set is custom made for your specific vehicle, orders can't be cancelled once production has started (3 business days after ordering). Change-of-mind returns on custom items are subject to a restocking fee under our returns policy — so please double-check your model and colour before ordering. Not sure about a colour? Contact us and we'll send real photos or video. If your mats arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — none of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How do I clean it?
The PU leather surface is waterproof — wipe spills, mud or pet mess with a damp cloth or rinse with water. It stops mud, sand and liquids reaching your carpet.
