Carlux 6-Month Warranty Policy
At The Organised Auto, we stand by the quality and fit of our Carlux Boot Liners and Car Mats. Our Carlux products are backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
✅ What’s Covered
This warranty covers pre-existing manufacturing defects that were present prior to delivery of your Carlux products.
If you submit a valid claim within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase, you will be eligible for a replacement. If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative. The Organised Auto reserves the right to determine whether a fault qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect.
This warranty only applies to purchases made through our official store or authorised dealers.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by unauthorised use, including alterations, resurfacing, or modifications

Accidental damage (tears, cracks, dents, drops, knocks, etc.)

Negligence or misuse, including lack of care or abusive use

Environmental damage, including water exposure, fire, theft, or loss

Damage to face material, trims, or foot placements

Normal wear and tear over time
📦 Returns & Shipping
All warranty claims require that the product be returned to us for inspection.

If your item was delivered with free shipping, you will be responsible for covering the return postage cost.

However, if your claim is approved, we will reimburse your postage costs.

If denied, we can return your product at your expense
This warranty does not override the custom product return conditions as outlined in the Carlux Return Policy. Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds once production has begun, regardless of warranty status.
