Will this fit my car exactly?
Yes — every liner is custom made in Australia for the exact make, model and year you select on the product page. Each set is digitally designed for that vehicle's cargo shape. If your vehicle has modifications (cargo barriers, drawers, fit-outs) or isn't listed, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm fit or arrange a custom template.
How long until I receive my order?
Each liner is made to order at our Sydney warehouse. Production takes approximately 7 days, then it ships from Sydney with free shipping Australia-wide. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as it's dispatched. Express Post is available for $40 — contact us before checkout to add it.
What's included in the set?
The complete set includes the flat boot floor piece plus side pieces covering the cargo sides and rear seat backs. Velcro and adhesive are included — no drilling or cutting. Only want certain panels? Contact us for a quote.
How do the panels attach, and can I still fold my seats down?
The side panels attach with adhesive strips sewn into the panels. The liner is made in separate seat-back panels, so your rear seats fold down normally with the liner installed.
How do I install it?
Most customers install in under an hour. Full written and video instructions are on our Boot Liner Installation Guide page. We recommend cleaning the plastic surfaces with a wax and grease remover first.
What's the difference between Diamond and Nappa?
Both use eco-friendly high-elastic EVA with wear-resistant PU leather (zero formaldehyde emission). Nappa PU Leather is around 5x stronger — the pick for heavy-duty use, pets and tradies. Diamond is the classic quilted style.
What colours are available?
Colour and stitching combinations are shown on each product page — including Black with Beige/Red/Blue stitching, Plain Black, Plain Beige, Coffee Brown, Wine Red and Blue. Want to see a real photo of a colour before ordering? Contact us and we'll send one.
Can I return or cancel a custom-made liner?
You have 3 business days after ordering to cancel, before we begin cutting your liner. After that, because every set is custom made for your specific vehicle, orders can't be cancelled. Change-of-mind returns on custom items are subject to our CarLux Returns Policy, including a restocking fee. If your liner arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right under our 6-month warranty — none of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How do I clean it?
The PU leather surface is waterproof — wipe spills, mud or pet mess with a damp cloth or rinse with water. It stops mud, sand and liquids reaching your carpet.
